A couple of weeks ago, Tricia from Travels Through My Lens posted this Photo article about stairs throughout her travels. I’ve enjoyed following her content as an expat in France (and in Normandy, where I used to live!), and I was inspired to show some of my favorite staircases I’ve photographed on my trips around the world. Here are my Top 10– enjoy! πŸ™‚

  1. A fine selection of global stairways, Rebecca. You have also reminded me that I’d love to go back to Morocco and maybe spend a month living in Chefchaouen. Drink in all of that lovely blueness. I really should do a few of these challenges myself sometime, we tackled an incredible staircase just the other day in Batumi Botanical Garden. Good piece.

    1. Thanks, Leighton! Chefchaouen is a lovely little city, and you could definitely spend a couple of weeks wandering all of the winding, blue streets in the medina. Never been to the Batumi Botanical Garden, but that sounds enjoyable (and I imagine beautiful)!

  2. These are such beautiful photos, Rebecca! I especially love the stairs from Chefchaouen’s ancient medina which are painted in a palette of mesmerizing blue hues. Thanks for sharing and have a good weekend πŸ™‚ Aiva xx
